This product is an aftermarket modification and is not manufactured or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer. Professional installation is strongly recommended. CarbonPower is not responsible for improper installation, airbag functionality, or any damages or injuries resulting from use. This product may be intended for off-road or show use only depending on local regulations. You assume all risks related to purchase, installation, and use.
Terms & Conditions
1. COMPANY INFORMATION
CarbonPower is an aftermarket automotive accessories company specializing in custom steering wheels, carbon fiber interior components, and related performance styling products. All products sold by CarbonPower are aftermarket products and are not manufactured, endorsed, or officially affiliated with vehicle manufacturers unless explicitly stated. Vehicle manufacturer names, logos, and model references are used strictly for fitment and compatibility identification purposes.
2. PRODUCT INFORMATION & CUSTOMIZATION
Most CarbonPower products are custom-built and made-to-order based on customer-selected specifications. Available customization options may include: carbon fiber finishes, forged carbon finishes, colored stitching, leather or Alcantara materials, LED shift indicators, paddle shifters, custom trim options, and custom airbag cover designs. Because every custom order is individually produced, minor variations may occur between products — carbon weave alignment may slightly differ, forged carbon patterns are naturally unique, and leather grain and stitching may vary slightly. These are considered normal characteristics of handcrafted aftermarket products and are not defects. CarbonPower reserves the right to improve or modify products without notice.
3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION
CarbonPower reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order, limit quantities, request additional verification before processing, or cancel suspicious or fraudulent transactions. Orders may only be canceled before production begins. Once production, material cutting, carbon laying, or customization has started: orders become non-cancelable, deposits become non-refundable, and full custom orders become final sale. Chargebacks filed on valid custom orders may be disputed with supporting order documentation, production records, and customer communication history.
4. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Because most CarbonPower products are customized, all sales are generally final. Returns or replacements are only accepted if: the incorrect product was shipped, the product arrived with verified manufacturing defects, or shipping damage occurred and was documented immediately upon delivery. To qualify for review: customers must contact CarbonPower within 48 hours of delivery, clear photos/videos must be provided, and products must remain unused and uninstalled. CarbonPower does not accept returns for buyer remorse, incorrect fitment ordered by customer, normal cosmetic variation in carbon fiber or leather, installation damage, used or installed products, or custom-made products after production begins. Approved refunds apply only to the original purchase amount and do not include shipping fees, labor costs, customs fees, or installation expenses.
5. SHIPPING POLICY
Estimated production timelines are provided as general estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Production and shipping times may vary due to material availability, supplier delays, holidays, carrier delays, customs processing, high order volume, or international shipping conditions. CarbonPower is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs agencies, weather, or supply chain interruptions. Customers are responsible for import taxes, customs duties, VAT fees, and brokerage fees. International shipments may be subject to inspection or delays outside of CarbonPower's control.
6. FITMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are solely responsible for verifying compatibility with their vehicle before placing an order. Vehicle fitment may vary depending on model year, trim level, regional variations, transmission type, existing steering wheel configuration, OEM options, and previous modifications. CarbonPower fitment guides are provided for informational purposes only and are not guarantees of compatibility. Professional installation is strongly recommended. CarbonPower is not responsible for incorrect customer orders, improper installation, vehicle coding requirements, electronic incompatibilities, labor charges, or dealer programming fees.
7. AIRBAG & SAFETY DISCLAIMER
Unless explicitly stated, airbags are NOT included with steering wheel purchases. OEM airbags, electronics, trim pieces, and controls may need to be transferred from the original steering wheel. Customers acknowledge that steering wheel installation involves safety-critical vehicle systems. Improper installation may result in airbag malfunction, injury, death, or vehicle damage. By purchasing from CarbonPower, customers agree that installation is performed at their own risk, CarbonPower is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper installation or misuse, and professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended. CarbonPower assumes no responsibility for airbag systems, SRS warnings, electronic faults, or safety system failures after installation.
8. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
CarbonPower offers a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Warranty coverage does not include improper installation, accidents or collisions, heat exposure, UV fading, wear and tear, misuse or abuse, water damage, chemical damage, scratches or cosmetic wear, electronic modifications, or racing or track use. Warranty claims require proof of purchase, photos/videos, and inspection approval by CarbonPower. CarbonPower reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies under warranty coverage.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarbonPower shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, vehicle downtime, installation costs, loss of use, lost profits, personal injury, or property damage. Maximum liability shall never exceed the original purchase price of the product. Customers assume full responsibility for the installation and use of aftermarket products purchased from CarbonPower.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including logos, branding, product images, designs, product descriptions, graphics, website layouts, and marketing materials, are property of CarbonPower and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action. Vehicle manufacturer trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
11. PRIVACY POLICY
CarbonPower collects customer information necessary to process orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud, coordinate shipping, and improve website functionality. Information collected may include name, email, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information. CarbonPower does not sell customer data to third parties. Payment processing is securely handled through third-party payment providers.
12. WEBSITE USE
Users may not copy website content, attempt unauthorized access, use the website for illegal activity, submit false information, or abuse promotional systems. CarbonPower reserves the right to terminate website access or refuse service at any time.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be resolved under Florida jurisdiction.
