Standard Build

Carbon shell + grip material + stitching only. No electronics, no heated/cooled grips, no custom paddle shifters.

Complex Build

Builds with LED RPM lighting, heated or cooled grip zones, or custom paddle shifters. Additional time is required for electronics integration and extended quality checks.

When you factor in conditions outside our control — material lead times, high order volume, or carrier delays — most orders arrive within 2 to 6 weeks from order date. We always keep you in the loop.

Step by Step

YOUR ORDER, START TO FINISH

Order Confirmed

Day 0

Payment received and your build specifications are locked in. You'll receive a confirmation email with your full build summary within a few hours.

Build Begins

Days 1–3

Your carbon fiber is cut, laid, and cured. Your grip material is selected and prepped. The build process is underway — we'll send you an update when it starts.

Finishing & Assembly

Week 1–3

Carbon shell is finished and polished, grip is stitched by hand, and electronics (LED, heated/cooled) are integrated and wired. Every component is assembled to your spec.

Quality Inspection

Final Stage

Every wheel goes through a full QC inspection — carbon finish, stitching consistency, button fitment, structural integrity, and electronics function. If it doesn't pass, it gets rebuilt.

Ships to You

After QC

Your wheel ships fully insured in a custom protective case to U.S. addresses only. Tracking info is emailed immediately. Delivery is typically within a few business days of shipment.

Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally, factors outside our control — material availability, supplier lead times, carrier delays, or customs processing — can extend your timeline. When this happens, we proactively communicate with you. We will never ship a wheel that hasn't passed our quality check, even if that means a short delay.
