RETURN POLICY
All CarbonPower products are custom-made to your specification. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Every CarbonPower steering wheel is backed by a 12-month limited warranty. This covers structural failures, stitching defects, and LED/electronic malfunctions that arise from manufacturing — not from use, installation error, or environmental factors. If an issue occurs under normal driving conditions, we review the case and make it right.
Coverage Includes
- Structural defects in the carbon fiber frame or base
- Stitching separation or failure under normal driving conditions
- LED RPM strip or electronics malfunction due to manufacturing defect
- Faulty wiring or connectivity issues with integrated controls
- Manufacturing defects affecting the integrity of the wheel
Our 12-month warranty covers defects — not wear. If stitching separates or LEDs fail due to how you drive or install the wheel, that falls outside our coverage. When in doubt, contact us and we'll assess the situation fairly.
Coverage Includes
- Improper or incorrect installation of the wheel or harness
- Damage caused during installation or removal
- Damage from racing, abuse, accidents, or misuse
- Normal cosmetic wear on Alcantara, leather, or stitching from regular use
- LED damage caused by incorrect wiring or voltage
- Damage from impact, chemicals, moisture, or neglect
- Any modifications made after delivery
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you MUST contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to report within this window may result in your claim being denied. If approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

All warranty claims, returns, and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Depending on the situation, CarbonPower may provide one of the following resolutions. All decisions are made after full inspection by our support team.
